Joel Johnston

JOEL gives senior leadership to Craft. When he fell in love with Jesus as a teenager, God gave him a heart for a big family. Before marrying Aimee, Joel expressed to her his desire to have ten children, and now he has six biological children along with their spouses, a growing number of grandchildren and countless spiritual children. They pastored youth for 11 years then led a public school mission network. Currently, Joel equips “on mission” leaders, owns and expands barber shops, pastors a house church and resources disciple makers in many contexts.
Joel loves pioneering, investing in people to fulfill their God-given vision, planning family adventures, fueling big out of the box ideas and occasionally napping.
