In 2017, Craft Education began as a non-profit cosmetology school with the vision to make disciples and train students in marketplace ministry while preparing them for their cosmetology license. Meeting in the back of a barbershop with four students, founders Joel and Aimee and Alyssa A. began developing the school and walking out this God inspired dream. God's faithfulness was evident as students began to encounter and grow in Jesus, catch the vision of their career as a calling and successfully land jobs in the industry.

As students, resources and staff increased over the years, the leadership prayed and fasted for God’s direction for Craft’s future. God provided more space to grow into and stretched their faith by leading them to expand into additional careers. Craft’s IT training launched in 2024 and its construction training started in 2025. With growth, Craft Education changed to Craft Careers, the website was revamped and our vision expanded. God birthed the dream to spark a Jesus movement in every marketplace launching disciple makers globally.

The vision continues to expand.
